Monday
Hot Yoga @ The Solebury Club 6:45-8 pm
series of 26 poses done in a hot room (100 degrees). this class is a great way to detox the body. be sure to drink plenty of water before, during & after class!

Tuesday
Vinyasa Yoga @ The Solebury Club 6-7 am
this early-bird alignment-based flow class offers invigorating sequences that will get you ready for your day.  there’s no better way to start your morning!

Wednesday
Hot Yoga @ The Solebury Club 8:15-9:30 am
